  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • 2Lay chicken in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • 3In a medium bowl combine corn syrup, soy sauce, sugar and wine. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • 4Bake in preheated oven until sauce is hot and bubbly.
  • 5Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until thick and sticky, basting repeatedly.
