1Combine buttermilk, garlic powder, dill weed, parsley, chives, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl, making sure to break up any clumps. Gently fold in the yogurt until combined, being careful not to over mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Pour off any whey before serving.
